  1. We accept major credit cards as well as personal checks and money orders in US funds. Customers with PayPal (www.paypal.com for further info) accounts can send payments to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please indcate your order number in the transaction info area.
  2. We ship internationally. If you are using credit cards, please make sure that your billing address matches credit card bank records. It is customer's responsibility to check duty, if any, that may be imposed by the recipient's customs/government office.
  3. To pay with check or money order, select "Mail check or money order" option under the "Choose payment method." (You do not need to complete the credit card information.) Mail a check or money order to the address below, "Attention: Store Manager." Be sure to write your order number on the face of the check or money order. Upon receipt of payment, an order paid by money order will be processed right away while an order paid by check will remain on hold until the check clears.
  4. The fee for a returned check is $25.
  5. The company reserves the right to change pricing and availbility at any time without prior notice.
  6. Please note that it is our policy is to report all instances of suspect fraudulent activities to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center associated with FBI. (www.ifccfbi.gov)



We calculate the shipping cost of your order based on the total weight of the items you place in your shopping cart (consideration for the shipping destination is also calculated).

  1. Shipping time and cost depend on:
    • Stock availability as indicated in the product listing.
    • On your delivery location,
    • Shipping weight and shipping option available to your location.
  2. Shipping damage is rare and will be address on a case by case basis.
  3. Over seas transactions will be charged replacement cost shipping insurance as offered by the respective carrier.
  4. We will only ship to your credit card billing address or your Paypal confirmed address.




We understand that online customers are purchasing under somewhat blind conditions. Thereby, we allow returns for exchanges and store credits (for future use without expiration date) as follows.

For exchange or store credit, less the original shipping cost:

  1. A return authorization number (RMA#) should be obtained via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. Write the RMA# on outside of the package as well as on the enclosed packing slip with a note for the exchange/credit.
  3. Return postmark the package within 4 days of the receipt/delivery of the merchandise. For Express orders, return package must be postmarked within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that any problems with the merchandise or order must be reported immediately, and returns must be postmarked within the time limit as stated above.

It is important that the return package is postmarked within the specified time under ANY circumstances for proper credit (even if RMA# was not obtained due to holidays, internet failure, etc.) Saturday is counted as 1 day but Sunday is not counted.

All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit. The company reserves the right to refuse or impose 25% restocking fee on all unauthorized, late, damaged, and/or items missing labels. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will be refused, and, at the customers option shipped back at the customers expense.

Exchanges are subject to the regular shipping rates as noted above... unless otherwise indicated.

No returns are allowed for wholesale orders, custom orders, or any item that is indicated as:

  • non-exchangable,
  • non-refundable or
  • sold as is.

Auction site transactions are non-returnable.... all sales are final.
